Motion was made by Eber~viller and ~~cond~d by l~~t~g~r that the cls3ms
be allowed. Motion e~.rried. I
R,eport~ of three patrolmen were presented for approv~7.. Motion ~r~s
made by Rodgers and seconded by Burns th~.t these reports be approved. Motion
carried.
The P~~yor read a letter from tie St~.te Dept. of Environmental. s~rv cis
regarding a school on Fluor~.de, and s~gge~ted that Ken B~ven be sent to this school.
Motion made by Ebersviller a.~id seconded by Burns that Bevan b~: sent to attend ~
this ~ehool. Parker suggested that two men b~ sent, thy: engineer if possible, I
and asked that this be ineorporat~d in th~I.g mot3.c~r~.. Eber~vill~r and Barns
concurred in this adc~3.ticm, and the motion carri.~:d. I
Much diseusgion about the Cite County Con~olidat3on. Thy Mayor sa3.d
that he had received a letter ask3.r~ h3a~ to at~~,nd a meet n n~lud3..n the S ~ ~ I
rZayors off' Billings and Broadvie~r to discuss the matter. The Mayor asked whether I
or not the Council would w~n~ h~.m to attend such a meet~.ng. 'The council was
o£ the opinion that he should attend. The A~a3~or then ~.nstructed the City
Clerk t~ write a letter to Mayor L~vne of Billings aeceptin~ the i~.vitat3orai and stating that if h~ found it impo~~ib1~ to a~~end, he would send a repre- I
sentative, a~ goon as h~, ifliew the time end pl~e.
During the ~ven3ng mangy compliments were passed back and forth a$ I!

Plant personnel, and new Chief of Police were concerned.

Burns reported on the wiring at Riverside Pmrk. H~ stated that
