Ebersv3.ller Duane Behr Erin Metzger The minutes of the previous me~:ting were read. Motion was made by Eb~*r~vill~r and seconded by Kilpatrick that the min~.tes be approved ~.s read. Motion carried. City Clerk read a note from the Vo3unteer Fire DepartYment anno~cin the ~.ppointm~nt of a Mr. Tcym Webber to the Fire Department, and asking for council approval. ~+lotion was made b~ ~;bersviller and seconded by I~~t~ger ghat this request be approved. Certa~i.x~ r~port~ of the City of Zaurel were pr~;sent~d for approval as follows s City Tr~as~ar~rr s Fin~nc3.a1 Stater~~n~, City Clerk' a Trial Balance and Cash Report sand the L~.brary report. Motion was made by Parker end seconded by Kilp~triak that these reports be approved. Motion carried. Reports of the patrolmen and thy; r~;port of the Polio Judge were presented for approval.. Metzger asked about a11ey approaeh~s. The Mayor ~.slsed the City Engineer to tr to came u xrith a ~i e. Y P ~hi~f of Police reported that he wanted to tank the council for allowing h~.m to attend the meting of the Chiefs of Fol.~c~. Cit~r Engineer reported ^aa meetixig of the ~Tat~r Works Association I~~ 3.n. Bozeman. He paid the schofll would b~ November 13th through the 17th, w.~.~h a test b~in.g ~~~en ors Saturday the 18th.
