Daley reported that because of the heavy garbage load in the bu~iriesa d3stri~t that the schsdule hay been sit back by one day. Kilpatr3.~k reported on this matter. Mace and Graham had opinions on th3.s sub3ect. After mv~c~ di~eussion, Ebersv~.ll~r asked the committee to work with the ccmtractors and some back to the aoun~il with an~r suggestion that Would be workable.
