Motion was made by Bek~n end seconded by Parker that the claims b~
~llc~red. Motion carried.
Reports mf fat~r patrolmen were pre~en~ed for ~ppraval. Notion was
mad~a by R.od~er~ anci ffieconded by Bohm that these reports be approved. Nimt on

Hard asked the Gity Engineer whit happ~~i~d to tl~e regular garbage
pick~pa. Daley reported that because of the heavy garbage load in the bu~iriesa
d3stri~t that the schsdule hay been sit back by one day. Ps~k~r atated that
the Engineer ~ho~l.d have some flexibility d ~rou].d be oppo~ead to a M.gi.d
schedule.
Hard stated that aerta#.n, braved at the e~met~ry w~r~ sunken and 3.n
need of grasp. City Clerk to t~lce ~h3.~ tc~ the Cemetery Board.

Behm reported that ~~eeding in a certain area se~m~d to have Mowed
down a li.~tle, However same people ~e mak~.ng U-turns 3.n vi.olatior~ o~ ~h~a
"No U-burn" sign. Gh3.ef of Police stated that h~ thought people should be
g3.ven about thx~e weeks to get ~am~.l ar with the new sign. I~3.lpatr3.ck stated he was receiv3n~ complaints that the Police Personnel d3.d not ca11 bac3k when
requested to do so.

Harry Benner, contractor, asked the eoux~cil hc~w they had arr3~ved at
the figure oP ~20E).~4 to be added to the bui1c13.n~ perm3.~ fnr the pt~rpo~e of r eventually replacing and e~endir~~ ~~wer lines. Kilpatr3.~k reported on this
matter. Mace and Graham had opinions on th3.s sub3ect. After mv~c~ di~eussion,
Ebersv~.ll~r asked the committee to work with the ccmtractors and some back to
the aoun~il with an~r suggestion that Would be workable. Parker stated th~.s
way a fair proposition, brat until sc~m~thing different comes up the Ordinanae m
previously p~.~sed shotald ~t~ad.
A Mr. Qu,~s~nberry appeared before the council and asked for the
imrn~di~.te ~uspeASion of Ghief of Polic~~ Dan I,enhardt. Ebersvill~r tn~ned
