Mayor brought up the sub3eat of the City-County 1ar~dfill grad eked the Cotan~il

discussion, mo~ic~n wa,g made by I{ilpa~rick that the council s~.pport the P~ayor
whole-heaxtedly, and asked that the vote be t~nari3~ou8. Seconded bar ftodger~.

Tom Hard stated that he felt that the Bier distributors t~ Laur~1
should be charged a City L3.cense. City C1.~rk said that the understood ~ha~
the C3.~y could not chgrg~ such a license. ~itp Attorney being abs~n~, City
Clerk to caheck into this when he returns.
Parker stated that he had a letter retarding ~,cban~e i.n Eire
Di~tr3.c~s. City Clerk gave der copy ~o Rodg~:rs, end ~..fter discussion, th3.as
