A ~pec3~.l meeting of the City Council of the ~it~r of Laur~l~ Montana,
~I was held 3.n the Council Chambers and was called to order by Mayor M.
Yove~ich, at 7:3~ o'clock, P. M., on Wednesda~r, June 7, 19`~~.
Upon taking roll ca7.l~ the following aldermen answered prr;~en~:
I Tom Hard 'tom Kilpatrick Chock Rodgers Bob Burns
Ervin Met~~er T7~ane Behm
This meeting was called for th.e purpose o.f muting with dike
McCollum, City Co~.nty Planner, and the Laurel City Countg Planning ~3oard for. further discussion on the ~al~r~l City County Comprehensive Plan.
Mr. McCollum explained to the ec~uneil that a comprehensive plan mu~~ be
drawn up before Laurel could quala.~y for this HtTD mone~r. T'~r. McCollum
presented a Supplemental Resolution with revised figures. Aftex discussion,
Motion eras made by Kilpatrick and seconded by Burns to pass this upplem~ntal
R.~solution~ ~~~.28, lotion eras then made by Kilpatr~3.ck and seconded by Me~~ger to table Ki]_patriek's f3.rst motion. until 12e~ol~.t~on #17x.2? was talon
care of, Motion c~.rried. lotion w~.s then made by Burns and seconded by
Kilpatricl~ to rescind. Resolution ~]~.27. Motion carried. Motion was made by'
Kilpatrick and seconded by Burns that Kilpa~ricks~ first motion be taken
off the tab7,e. Matican carried. Ro11 ca11 vote was then taken to pays
