Kilpatrick requested ~ a change of name from Linda Schuler to Belinda Steinmets. With this Correction, motion was made by Parker and seconded by Burns that the minutes be approved. lotion carried. ~i i City Clerk presented the fin~neial statements from. the two banks in Zaurel. ~?fter discussion, motion was made by Kilpatrick and seconded by I Behm that this matter be turned over to the City Clerk, the M ayc3r, and -the finance committee. This petition concerns Lots 11 through 20, in Block 1 Laurel Realty Sub- I division. Since this petit~_on was signed by 1~0`~ of the property owners, motion was made by Rehm and seconded by Kilpatrick that this petition be approved. Ntotion carried. Zetter from the Zoning Board wa.s read. Request for the adoption of ICI, Trailer Court Rules and t2egulations. Parker made the motion that the council 'i adopt these rules. City Attorney stated that this should be held up for another i'I council meeting since he would like to stud~r this to see whether or not it would need ~ separate ordinance or whether it could be incorporated into the present zoning ordin~.nce. P~.rker then withdrew his motion based on the City Attorney's suggestion. City I~ ~i En~ine~r reported that the Ditch owners usually notifies the City when they I were ready, and the owners cleaned the ditches and the City hauled the dirt ~ 'I ~wa3~. Then he appointed a committee consisting of Tom Kilpatrick, Ch~.i~npn, Bob Burns and Duane Rehm, along with John Daley to look far a new I site. Kilpatrick stated that he thought a.ll the groups cleaning up in and I around the City of Laurel should be thanked for their efforts, and that they did. a food job. A2rs.
