A special me~t3ng o~ the City Counci]. of the City of Z~a~rel, N~mntana, way held in the Cout~~il Ch bers~ and was called to order by
Mayor Lo~i.e M. Yovetich~ at 7.50 o~ciock, P.M., on Monday, April 1D, 1972.

the pwrpose of this me~±ting way to discuss rep].aeir~~ the Park
S~per3nter~d~nt who resigned without notice. It w~.s discussed ~.s to whether
or not there should be Ur~3on representation in this ~iatt~r. P~r~Cer sugg~s~~d
turning this over to the per~otan~l ecam~3.tte~ to ~nee~ with Union repr~~er~~atives,
and ~tat~ ghat this should be a salaried ~c~by and ~ seasonal fob. Burt~~ fell that there should be some gu.3.de 1it~es a~ ~o duties, hours, ~t~~tera. After dis-
cussion, mot3.on was made by Kilpa~riek and seconded by Rodg~r~ that the per-
sonnel comrs~3.~~e~ and the Parr ceu~nu3.t~e~ look into this matter ar~d try to comp
up with a solution for ~h~ next c0ubcil m~etit~g. Motion parried.
Eb~r~viller made the mat3o~, seconded by Burgs that the position o~
Park S~.peric~ter~d~n~ be abolished. Mot~.o~ carr3.ed.
Burns asked if anyone had at~y id~a.s a~ to a fair mor~t~ly salary for
possibly srven months wmrk. After more discussion, oration was made by
Eb~r~viller and seconded by Kilpatrick that the spec3.a1 meeting on the park
situation b~ ad~aurn~d. Motion carr3.ec1.
