Ebersuiller Sr., in the absence of the Mayor, at 7.00 o~cloek, P.M., on Monday, November l~~ 1973. Upon taking ro11 ca11y the following aldermen answered present: I (day E~.ston Tom Kilpa~riek Cheek Rodgers Bob Burns Henry Gamer Er~r33.n Metzger This m~~ting was e~l.led for the pxirpo~~ of tak~..ng cozancil action on pay 3.ncreases for the other employes whose i.ncr~ases had not yet been derided. ~ Eb~rseiller reported that the personnel committee would recommend that the 3anitor~s wags be increased by 26~ per hour for the 1973-1971 fiscal year, and by 27~ for the 197.-1975 fiscal year. The City Ha11 personnel and the Police Judge salaries to be increased by $~.5.~~ per month for the 1973-1971 fiscal year and by $l~7.pQ per month for the 1974-1975 fiscal year. Motion carried. Diseu~sion as to. an increase in salaries for City Attorney, Sanitarian and Health Officer by $1.00 per month for the current fiscal year, and by $1.04 per month for the f isc~l year 197l~-197. Motion was made by Metzger and secox~dad by Rodgers that this increase be approved. Motion carried with Burn~+ voting '~No". Any suggestion of certain ad3ustments to bet,-discussed next year. Discussion r~gardin~ an incr~~s~e for the aldermen was held. Motion was eventually made that the aldermen salax~iea be 3.ncx~eased by $14.00 per month fmr the fi~eal year of 1973-197, and by $15.~~ per month for the fiscal year of 19?~.-1975. Motion carried with TSilpatrick and ~Iet~ger voting "1~a", and Easton abstaining. Regarding ~.n increase for the Mayor, motion was made by Kilpatrick and a~eonded by Gomer that the Mayor~~ salary be inereas~d by $25.E~ per month for the ~i~cal year 1973-197 and by $35.00 per month for the fiscal year of 197L~- 19`T~. Motion carried. There being no further business t4 eo~e before the counc~.l during this special ~e~~ion~ motion was duly made and seconded that the meting be adjourned. Motion carried.
