Minutes of the City Council of Laurel
September 26, 1973
A Sp~eial meeting of the City Council of the City of Laurel, Montana, was held in the council chambers and was called to order by Mayor Louis M.
Yovetich, at 5:00 o~elock, P.M,, on September 26, 1973.
Upon taking roll ca11~ the following alderman answered present:
Tvm Hard Team Kilpatrick Chink Rodgers Henry Goner Ervin Metzger Gay Eaton E. H. Eber~viller Bob Burns
This meeting was called for the purpose of discussing Yellowstone
Cotazit~r~ s proposition of the pssgibility of Laurels s particip~.tin~ in a County-
wide Garbage District. After diseuss3.on, Re~olut3.c>n No. 1~.,~8, being a resolution
re3ecting the Cc~tnaig~ioners' offer was presented. Motion was made bar Eb~rsvilier and seconded by Hard th~.~ this resolution be passed and adopted. F~otion
carried.
There being no further busin~as to come before the council at this
sessions motion xas duly made and seconded that the meeting b~ se~journed.
Motion caxried.
