August 24,1999
Meeting called to order at 1920 by Chairm~n John Smith.
Members present ; Bill Brenns~x,Bob Sp~r~gle,Bob Western,and Roy Zehm
Guests present;Will Metz,Kent Potter,Frank Felke,Frank Wagner,Bob ReAding,
Don Crilly,Dave Donavan,and Dave Powers.
Minutes of the July meeting were approved as read.
No bills were av~ilable to be presented.
John Smith wrote a letter to Mr. Weber concerning cleaning up and cutting
weeds on his property.
No bids have been recieved for a pole barn.
Third member of the Assessment Commission ,Robert Kraft ~has been selected.
The Commission will meet October 1,1999 to decide value of Fox property.
The rebuilt seat is back in the little dump truck. We need to get a block
heater installed.
If we take the old dumptruck to Equipment Finders for sale,we need to
get liability lnsurance($B5 to $250).We will p~ll the snowplow off
and pe. rkthe truck by the road with a for sale sign. We will save the plow
for future use or possibly sale.
Need to replace wheel on tractor.
Discussed self fueling. Fee was set at $15.00 per year.How do we noyify
airport users and how do we enforce?We will put in a ground rod and cable.
Redding volunteered.
Discussed gate locking,runway light repair,and antelope on runways.
