was held in the Wader Offi.~~, and ~a11ed to order by President of the Council E.H. Ebersv311er, Sr., ~,t bs~~ oteluak P.M., on Mond~.y, August 13, 1973.
Upon taking r411 calls the follo~a3.ng ~7.dem?~~ ~n~wered p~e~ent:
Tom ~iard Gay Easton Ts~ Kilpatrick Henry Gc~aer Ervin Metzger
The purpose of thus special meeting was to ask council approval and authorize the Mayor ~o sign the papery neee~~azy for the State of Montana (~a~
~~x mcmey for the Parking Lod. After dis~us~ion, mo~ian way made by Kilpatrick
and seeond~d byl~etager to approve the contrast, and to authorize the Mayer to
sign for this money. Motion carried.
Mot3.on way then made by Kilpatrick and seconded by ~l~tzger that the meeting be adjourned. Moticm carried,
