Motion was wade by Eber~viller and ~~conded by Metzger that these repai^ts be ~.pproved. Mo~icm carried. Agreem~r~t for aCity-Cotant~ Health eonsol3datior~ ~ra~ presented for council approeal~ and Mayans signat~nre. This agreement b~twe~n the City of Billin~s~ County of YelZowstcane, City of Laurel, School District #2, and School District • Motion waa made by Ebersw~.ller and seconded by B~arrx~s that the Mayor sign the agreeanent. Motion carried. Tl~e M~y~?r repar~ed that the report had been, published Aa the last of the two pa~mer~ts of Revenue- Shar3ag ~on~yr ~d stated that 3t had b~e~ di.vided for publication with approximately half ob7.3.~atEd for a new garbage truek~ and half for a new fire truck. Citations to be issued to the delinquents. Kilpatrick inquired about the Cc~prehensive P1~. City Engineer and City ~l~r1s reported on what ha.~ been done; lately on the loyal level. Repart~ on city licenses. J~.dge M~nellm reported on this, end asked the council to set a fee to be eharg~d for a fine. It wa:a ths: decision of` the eotaneil that this fire should be $15 .00. Eaton stated that he had checked this report and believed that the ~n3.mals were a type of gopher. Easton stated that-the matter should be turned over to the ~3.ty clerk to call the San3.t~rri.sn. Ebersseiller brought up the subject of needing dmg catcher. Ire this co~e~tion Burns stated that he had been contacted b~ ~GY~e Cotu~tp Cammis~io~ers who- stated that th~~r had pawed a r~~olution at 3:0~ o~cloek, P.M. to fors a Garbage Districts and with ~h~ idea, that the City of Laurel participate in this pro~~E~. After the report by Burn, motion was made by Easton and seconded by Kilpatrick that this matter b~ tabled. Motion carried. Gamer reported on a meeting o~ the Street and Alley C<mmnitte~ a~ to stop ~gl~s going into RailrA~d Strut. The thief of Police said that h~ fell ghat yielding ~i~ns would be more effective. Kilpatrick stated that the ccanm3.~t~e was not ~ani~aauu~ ors this. After amore discussion, motion was made by Kilp~.trick a~ad ~se~onded by B~.rns that "Yield' signs be played on Railroad Street. Motion carried. Gamer reported on Fourth ax?d Yeilowstcme and Foarth end Durl~nd. Burns mentioned a ciip on Fourth and Yellowstone, aid 'the c<a~nrnitt~e recc ended to lei this go for now. Mi~.~.tes of the City Council of Laurel Garner recdmended moving the dirt from the end of Maple to see of Fink~,~ property. AlsA the C3.~y~ Engineer asked to move the excess dirk fry the C~nt~t~ry. Gamer reported ghat the Utility Ccanpani~~ or anyone else who digs into ~h~ streets put up a $2~~.Ot~ bond and b~ charged $1.00 per square foot and $5.()0 per operiirs~.
