The Mayor stated that he wanted to tank Park~r~Met$ger, Belu~ and Da1e~ for ~.t~endin~ the eonaolidation meet3.rzg 3n Billi.ng~ on December l~~ and said th~.~ he would 13.ke to point a com~n3.t~ee of 2 ~a attend further ~eet3.n~s. Mike McColltua appeared before the council to explain the c~mp~el~e~t~ ~e plan. After discussion, Kilpatrick m~.de the m~~~ u~r.~ar~.d 3t was seconded by Beht~ ths~G the coxitract be signed after study by the City Attorney and tY~~ Mayor. Rodgers reported that the etommi~~ee of snow removal would recommend that snow removal b~ placed on ~.n emergency b~3.s~ end left up to ~h~ d3.scretion of the City Eng3.neer. Motion was made by Parker and seconded by Kilpatrick to accept the committees report on~now removal. Motion carr3.ed. Motion was made by Ebersviller end seconded by Burns that the $1.00 charge on real proper~g for Trisect Control be dropped, and to create an emerg~ne~ snow removal fund in~t~.ad, with the same $1.00 charge.
