A Special meeting of the City Council of the City of Laurel, Mont.,
was held in the Off:ce;:.af_..~he,Mayor, and was ,called to order by Mayor Larry D. Herman at 4:30 P.M., on Friday, September 30, 1977.
COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: Donald Meyers Ronald Massey
Albert Ehrlick Thomas Kii.patrick
Susan Carter Ervin Metzger
COUNCIL MEMBERS ABSENT: Harold Burns Charles Rodgers
OTHER PRESONS PRESENT: Thomas' Bradley, City Attorney
Doris Pappler, City negotiator
Murr Isaacs, City Engineer Technician
The purpose of this meeting was to discuss labor-negotiations.
INJUNCTION:
.Motion by Alderman Ehrlick: That the City acquire an injunction
against the union to force their return to work. Seconded by
Alderman Kilpatrick.- .Passed by a unanimous vote of all council members present.
REGULAR MEETING:
The Mayor announced that the regular council meeting would be held in
the council chambers as required by State law and City Ordinance.
