COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: Tom Kilpatrick Albert Ehrlick Harold Burns Donald Meyers Susan Carter COUNCIL MEMBERS ABSENT: Charley Rodgers Ervin Metzger Ronald Massey OTHERS PRESENT: Don Lenhardt Dave Powers Murr Isaacs Tom Bradley, City Attorney RESOLUTION NO. 1632 BEING A RESOZUTION DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND REGULATING CITY EMPLOYEE BENEFITS DURING SAID EMERGENCY. Motion by Alderman Meyers: That Resolution No. 1632 be declared passed and adopted. Seconded by Alderman Ehrlick. Carried. RESOLUTION NO. 1633 BEING A RESOLUTION DECLARYNG AN EMERGENCY AND ALLOWING THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR NECESSARY EMERGENCY SERVICES. Motion by Alderman Meyers: That Resolution No. 1633 be declared passed and adopted. Seconded by Alderman Burns. Alderman Ehrlick called for the question. Motion carried. PROBLEMS: Don Lenhardt - Disturbance at school. County deputy patrolling. Murr Isaacs - Look into contracting servfees for our City services. .Dave Powers - State Fire Training Academy is planning a training film in using our equipment and area. Next meeting scheduled for Monday, September 26th, 4:00 P.M. at Herman's office. Approved by the Mayor and passed by the City Council of the City of li Laurel, Montana. L rry D.
