A Special meeting of the City Council of the City of Laurel, Montana, was held in the Council Chambers, and was called to order by Mayor Larry D.
Herman, at 7:00 o'clock, P.M., on Wednesday, August 3,.1977.

This. meeting-was cal]:ed far the purpose of hearing protests to the
passage Qf the Tax Resolutions for the year 1977-1978. Meeting closed for
lack of.a quorum ~o be continued August 8th, 1977 at 7:00 P.M.
