PARTI3ERSHIP - ZONE CHANGE R~QUE5T: To next item on the agenda temporarily. DAVE POWERS, FIRE CHIEF: ' Fire Chief requested permission to send three men to the State Con- vention on June 16, 17, and 18th at Wolf Point. Notion by Aldezman Burns: That permission be granted. Seconded by Alderman Meyers. Carried. STREET & ALLEY COMMITTEE: Report by Alderman Ehrlick on Street and Alley Committee Meeting. Motion by Alderman Metzger: To accept minutes of Street and A11ey Committee dated May 26th, 1977. Seconded by Alderman Meyers. Carried. ORDINANCE ON CURB CUTS: Present Ordinance is not workable. Turned over to John McMartin to study and recommend changes. CLAIMS: Motion by Alderman Metzger: To approve payment of the claims for May with the exception of the claim for per diem claimed by Murr Isaacs. ~e rued,-b ~A1d~~~tan Carter., Carried. Motion by Alderman Meyers: That the claim of Isaacs in question be allowed. Seconded by Alderman Ehriick. Carried. PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMITTEE: Report by Alderman Meyers on Public Utilities Committee Meeting. Motion by Alderman Burns: To accept minutes of the Public Utilities Committee. Seconded by Alderman Metzger. Carxied. COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE FOR 10 MINUTES: Casa Linda Sewer, Alderman Metzger on Cherry Hills Subdivision. Motion by Alderman Metzger: To force MaLit to go through the formal variance procedure. Seconded by Alderman Burns. Motion defeated. POLICE & FIRE COMMITTEE: Motion by Alderman Burns: To accept the bid of Fichtner Chevrolet to repair the police car. Seconded by Alderman Ehrlick. Amount of $348.75. Motion by Alderman Meyers: To accept the report of the Police and Fire Committee. Seconded by Alderman Metzger. Carried. FINANCE COMMITTEE: Report by Alderman Metzger. Motion by Alderman Metzger: Ta approve the report. Seconded by A1der- man Ehrlick. harried.
