A Special meeting of the Gity Council. of the City of Laurel, Montana, I!,
_ was held in the Council Chambers, and called to order by Mayor Larry D. Herman
at 6:30 o'clock, P.M., on Tuesday, May 10, 1977.
Upon taking roll call, the following aldermen answered present: I

Susan Carter Ervin Metzger Charles Rodgers Bob Burns Tom Kilpatrick Don Meyers
This meting was called specifically to hear a committee report on 'i
the bids an the Police Car. Bab Burns reported an this. Eiurns stated that the
committee would recommend that the bid be let to Johnson Ford for $5,161.12 with-
out air conditioning, and provided that the car can be delivered within 90 days. Burns made this in the form of a motion, seconded by Metzger. Motion carried.
The meeting was adjourned to go an with other business at another
special meeting. ~i

Minutes of the City Council of Laurel
January 4, 1977
A regular meeting. of the City Council of the City of Laurel, bTont.,
was held in the Council Chambers, anc~ was cai.led to order by Mayor Louis M. Yavetch, at 7:00 o'clock, P.M., on Tuesday, January 4, 1977.
Upon taking roll call, the following aldermen answered present:
Tom Hard Gay Easton Chuck Rodgers Sue Carter E. H. Ebersviller
Herman Michael Tom Kilpatrick Ervin Metzger
The minutes of the previous regular meeting of December 21st were read. Motion
was made by Kilpatrick and seconded by Ebersviller that the minutes be approved:,.
as corrected. Motion carried.
The minutes for the special meeting of December 21st were read. Motion was made by Ebersviller and seconded by Rodgers that the minutes be
approved;as read. Motion carried.
The minutes for the tirst special meeting of December 23rd were read.
Motion was made by MiC ael and seconded by xard to insert the motion to bring.
this item from the table. Motion carried.
Kilpatrick then made the motion to insert in the specifications that
the water lines go to the curb stops also. Seconded by Ebersviller. Motion
carried. Motion was made by Kilpatrick to approve the minutes of December 23rd.
Seconded by Rodgers. Motion carried.
The minutes of the second special meeting of December 23rd were read. Motion was made by Metzger and seconded by Hard that the minutes be approved.
Motion carried.
