A Water Committee Meeting was held after the regular Council Meeting
on February 1, 1977, at 11:15 P.M. '~i
The Purpose of this meeting was for the discussion and passage of S.I.D.
No. 96. After study, Councilman Michael moved that the necessary Ordinances and Resolutions be passed for the creation of the District pursuant to the Authority
of the City Council and that all documents necessary to let a contract and sell I
bonds and spread assessments be adopted. Motion seconded by alderman Metzger.

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS AND THE SALE THEREOF, THE PROCEEDS OF
SAID SALE TO BE USED IN MAKIAtG PAYMENT ~'O THE CONTRACTOR OR CONTRACTORS OF SPECIAL
~ IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 96 AND THE COSTS OF CREATING SAID IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT.

AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE METHOD OF APPORTIONII3G AND SPREADING THE ASSESSMENT FOR
THE COST OF IMPROVEMENT IN SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 96, FOR THE PAYMENT
OF SAID IMPROVEMENTS, ISSUING BONDS THEREFOR, AND CREATING A FUND TO BE KNOWN AS: "FUND OF SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 96"
There being no further business to come before the committee at this time,
motion was dulp made and seconded to adjourn. Motion carried.
Approved by the Mayor and passed by the City Council of the City of Laurel, Montana, this 15th Day of February, 1977.
