~ Minutes of the o pity C uncil of Laurel
December 23, 1976
A second Special meeting of the Laurel City Council was called to
order by Mayor Louis M. Yovetich.
I Upon taking roll call, the following aldermen answered present:
Ervin Metzger Herman Michael. Sue Carter Chuck Rodgers Tom Hard
E.H.. Ebersviller Tom Kilpatrick Gay Easton
The purpose of this meeting was for discussant; the agreement with ~ the Highway Department concerning the intersection of First Avenue and Main
j. Street.
Motion was made by H. Michael that the City of Laurel enter into a
contract with the State Highway Department described as contract No. HHS 4-2(1)52
UNIT 1, for improvements at intersection of First Avenue and Main Street. Seconded
by Ervin Metzger.- Passed by the entire Council present.
Approved by the Mayor asse the Ci y Council of the City of
Laurel, Montana, this 4th day o Ja uary, 9 7.
