December 23, 1976
A Special meeting mf the Laurel City Council was called to order
at 8:00 o'clock, P.M., by Mayor Louis M. Yovetich~ with the following alder-
men:
Ervin Metzger Herman Michael Sue Carter Chuck Rodgers Tom Hard
E.H. Ebersviller Tom Kilpatrick Gay Easton
The purpose of the special meeting was for discussion of approving
the Cherry Hills Subdivision as an addition to the City of Laurel.
Them being considerable discussion between the council, the Mayor, and other persons at the meeting concerning Resolution No. 1579, being a
Resolution Approving Cherry Hi11s Subdivision as an addition to the City of
Laurel,- Montana.
Motion was made by Tom Kilpatrick that Resolution Ncs~ 1579 being a
Resolution Approving Cherry Hills Subdivision as an addition to the City of
Laurel, Montana., be adopted with the inclusion as improvements in the Sub- division Improvement Agreement of base gravel, curb, gutter, paved streets,
alleys, storm sewer, sanitary sewers, water Lines and that plans for con-
struction of the improvements be submitted to the City for approval. Also to
be included in the Subdivision Improvement Agreement that the developer would
provide areas for mail boxes and that wiring would be underground., and that the
developer would institt~ e the creation of special improvement districts called for in the Resolution and 5pe~ial Improvement Agreement. Motion seconded by
Herman Michael. Passed by the entire co pre,
