Meeting called to order at 1900 by Chaimmn John Smith.

Craig Canfield opened bids for Airport construction from the following contractors;
J.T.L.Industdes,Riverside Construction, M.K.Weeden,and A.C.I.
All bids were below the engineers estimate.the engineers estimate.
A motion was made by Western to award the contract to the low bidder subject to review and
approval. Seeonded by Zahm,motion passed.
Read a letter from Kern Potter of Northern Skies Aviation,expressing his concerns about the new
competitive fuel system being proposed.
John Ostland presented more information on the proposed fuel system and expressed his concerns
about the delay of a decision by the Authotity. The Authority will act on this proposal at the July
meeting subject to the receipt of the written application.
Dave Donavan reported that he has moved bis akcrafl to the hail hangar and would like a refund
or credit for his anused tiedown payment.
