Minutes of the City Council of Laurel

A Spec3.a1 meting of the City Council of the City of T,aurel~
Montana, was held in the Water Office, and not ca1.1~d to order since it is
an ~xte~sion of the August 9th ba~dget meeting.
g quorum being present, discussion of the budget was held. After
discussion, motion was made by Kilpatrick and seconded b~ ~,"bersviller to
accept the budget, all except the 10~ r~,i~e for the Mayor and Aldermen.
This, of course, to be dependent on whether or not the mon~~ is hers.
City Clerk is to write a note to ~1~. departrr~ent heeds to not spend any mon~;y until such t3.me as taxes are received in December. Motion caxr3ed.
There being no further business to come before the council at
this session, motion was duly made and seconded th~.t the August 9th
bucl~et hearing be adjourned. Motion ear~ied..
