A Special meeting of the City Council of the City of Laurel, III
Montana, was held in the Council Chambers, and w~,s called to order by
Mayor L. M. Yovetich~ at 7:00 o~clock, P.T. on Mondays Au~u.st 23rd. I'',
IIpon taking ro11 call, the following aldermen answered present:
Gay Easton Tam Kilpatrick Sue Carter shuck Rodgers
E. H. E~~rsviller, fir. Herman Michael ~
This westing was called for the specific purpose of discussing
the passing of Resolutions to create S.I.D. #9l~ and #95. Mr. Jim Murphy of the firm of Berger, Anderson Sinclair ~C Murphy in Billings, and a
I~r. Llewellyn appeared before the council on this sub~eet.
A:~ter mucky disc~.tssion, hot tempers and name-calling, motion was
made b~ Easton that the council pass the Resolutions creating S.I.D. ~9Z~
95. Motion d3.ed for lack of a second.
Motion was then made by Easton, and. seconded by Michael that the
meting be ad~~urned. Motion carried.
