august 23, 1976
Another Special meeting on the sub~eet of John Ra,msey~s request I'~,
to bring ccrta3.n property into the Cit~* limits was called.
Upon faking ro11 call, the following aldermen answered present:
Gay Easton Tom Kilpatrick Sue Carter Chuck Rodgers I~~~
E. H. Et~ersviller, Sr. Herman Michael
after discussion, the council felt that if Mr. R.atnsey would ~rrite the city a letter of intention to bring in the entire tract at a
later date, that the property in question ~t this 'time, be brought into
the City Limi.t~. Motion was made to this ef£~ct by Tom Kilpatrick and
s~canded by Michael that the Resolution of Intention #156b b~ passed
end adopted. Mot3.on carried. ~ I
Motion was then made by Easton and seconded by Carter that tie m~:eting be ad~~urn~;d. I~otian carried.
