A Special meet3.ng was held in the cl~rk~s office and called to ~I
order at 2t1.~ P.M.~ on Tuesday, August 10~ 1976, with Alderman Charles Rodgers, I and Fire Chief Dave Powers attending. I

The meeting was held as adver~i~~d for the op~riing of bids fox cement I~
for the Safety Canplex. City Clerk opened the bids in the presence of the I
above as f ollaws :
