Motion was made by Ebersviller and seconded by Carter that the minutes be
approved a.~ read. Motiar~ carried.

as read. Motion carried.

report. lotion ~~s made by Mettiger end ~eeonded by ~bersviller that the reports
be approved. Motion carried.
Carter reported on ~h~ Insect spray, and that thex^~ i~ only money
enough to spray one time. Di~cus~ion on whether or not funds could be borrowed
from the ~no~ R~noval Fund with the ~tipt~].ation that these Bands be repaid. I' If them is to be an Insect Control Assessment, the office ~au~t be i.r~formed in
time to make up the tic resolution.
t~3.lpatrick reported on contractors' licenses and then turned his time
over to Easton who reported on the water rates.
Easton stated that th~r~ sho~al.d be a request to the Public Service
Cc iss3on, to ask for a, rate iner~ase since there has not beep an inereas~
in rates since 195 • ~~ston introduced Davy McC~llough mho made ~ report.
Easton asked the couri~il to pays a resolution staffing the ~ity~s intention
to petit3.on the P.S.C. asking a rate i~aerea~e and requesting a public hear3.ng. ~I

Kilpatrick asked about a trailer berg parked illegally.
Kilpatrick also asked about ~it~.tion forms. Mon~~e ~~a~~d the forn3~
had j~.st been received.
Kilpatrick mentioned the sidewalk in front of DeCarlo~~. City
Attorney reported on this. DeCarlo to be given tiro weeks to make the correction.
There was di~cus~ion of ~Gh~ water bill at Sunhaven Trailer Court. II,
Kilpatrick suggested ghat the office go back and charge fmr the months that the I
meter had not be~z~ working properl~r. Taken oM the basis of the current month's water bi11, Kilpatrick m~.de the motion ~seco~.ded by Carter that the owner be
charged back to the time the meter ha.d not been working, about $9~.0~ per month. I
Motion carried.
Back ora the con~ractars' licenses, Kilpatrick s~.gge~~ed a~~?e type of I~
sticker to be placed on the vehicle that 3.~ on the Sob ~i~e. The ceantractor I

then ~ad~ the motion in two parts: 1. That the contractor n~u~t inform the sub-

Niic~iael. Motion carried.

Metzger and seconded by Hard that Caaca Linda Subdivision improvements be paid !I

Mcmtee brpught up the subject of the new garbage machinery. Rodgers
reported on this. He stated that this should be adQerti~ed for bids. City
Attorney rEported on this.

The Mayor read a l~~ter from the Department of Env3.ro~aanental Scier~c~~.
Tcym Pri11 appeared before the council to state that he and the City
Eng3.neer had load a difference of op3nican. Pri11' ~ curb and ~.tt~.r i~ o~~ of
line. Engineer stated he did not stake it wrmng, ~d Prill states he p~,t 3n
the ctarb ae~ording to the stakes. However, it has to came out. The Mayor said that the City end Pr311 ~ho~].d go 54-5D on replacing the curb and gut~~r.
Motion was made by Eber~va.ller arad seconded by Metzger that the City and Frill
share the ezpense. City Engineer ~ugge~ted that the ~xiatter of the expense be a>-.
tabled and the Mayor turned this utter over to the Street grid A11ey Canmittee.
Rodgers said that ~h~ Street and alley Cc ittee should also take a look a~ same
curb ~d gutter on 7th Aaen~e and the t~M hundred blc~k~ ar~d eo~e to the council with a reccmmendatic>n.

Diane S'knith reported on the tennis cour~a. Motion was m~.de b~ Garter
and secottded by Kilpatrick that a resolution b~ passed to okay these plans. Mot3
carried.
Mayor s~a~,ed ghat there were to be two appo3.n~n~ent~ made on the Park
Cc ittee. He ~.pp4in~~d Dora Kilpatrick and Dione Smith for athree-year tern begir~n3.n~ May l.st, 1976.

Motion waa made by Hard and seconded by Kilpatrick ~o adopt the ~ched~al „

user". Motion carried. K3.lpa~rick also suggested that a Board of Appear be appointed to d~a1 ~+rith any problems that may arise frc~ this new schedule.
