was held in the ~otu~cil Chambers, aid was called to order by Pr~aid~ant mf tk~~ Council, E.H. $bersviller, Sr.~ at ?s(~ o'~1ock' P.M., on ~t~~;~da~, April 13' 1976.
Upon taking roll call, the follo~ai.ng ald~r~?~~ ~a~wered present:

The purpo5~ of this meet3~g Was for discu~sio~ regarding the proposed
new garbage M~chi~.ery,, and wh~tt~er car not 3t could be purchased.
Ater disc~a~asion, motion was made bye Kilpatr.F.ek grid seconded by C~.rter
that the City advertiffi~ for bids .for this mach3.~ery, with the ~.~tention of
entering into afive-year le~~-pux~h~.se agreement. 5~tppo~~dly ~t ~1.,793.~0 per mc~r~th far afive-year period. I~ is ~an,der~toad that financing is available,
interest inel~ded. At the end of the ~ ~r~ar period, the ~~.chinery ~~y b~
purchased for the stzr~ of $l.~Q. Motion carried.
Them being no further bu~ines~ to come before the ~ota~cil at th3.s
se~sicm, motion. was duly made ~d ~econd~d that the meeting b~ adjourned. Motion carried.
