Eaton reported on the outside sewer eharge for th¢ pe~opl~ living c~r~~ the Round hou:~~ road. He stated that their sewer was raised from $3 .00 it
to $9 .00 per year per re~idenee. Easton asked who authorized ~hi~ raise and i
