was Meld in the Council Chamber, ~d was called ~4 order by Mayor L. M.
Yovetich, at 8:l~~ P.M., on Tuesday, March 30, 1976.
Upon taking roll call, the fal].:bwing aldermen answered present

This meeting way called specifically for the discussion of the contract
with the Burl3.ngton-I~mrther~ regarding th~3.r waste. This r~att~r also coneern~
700 plus feet of pipes at a post of $7,~20~.C~ to $8~~0~.00. Kilpatrick made
the motion that the eounc3.1 accept the B.N. Contract ~.th the addition. of the
costs m~:nticmed above to install the 7.ine~ and sug~es~~d getting the contraa~
out. ~econd~d by M~~zger, and the mot3.on carried.
Tl~~re being no more d3.seussion on this subject, Kilpatrick made the
motion, duly seconded that this meeting be ad~o~rn.ed. ~Aotion carried.
