This meeting way called for the purpose cif discussing sc~e problems
of the Zoning Board, and others. Ebersviller r~.ported the trouble with DeCarlo
re~arci3.ng his sidewalk. The Cotanca.l was asked to take action. Motion way made
by Hard and seecu~ded b~ Kilpatx°~.ek that a litter be written to DeCarl.o Mating
that the offending sidewalk be r~noved and replaced correctly. Letter to state
a thirty-day time lit~it. Motion carried.
Another Zoning problems regards a Mr. Rob~r~ G. Parker who was given
p~ ~sion to move a mobile have on tv his lots. But he i~properl~ placid ~h~
seeor~d unit on the scene lots. He is to b~ written a letter to remove the seQOnd
hcanc imr~ediat~ly. The Mayor suggested passing an ordinance reg~.rding the giving
of Police power, but not police protection within a fiv~:~ile limit beyond ~h~
city 13mit~ off' Laurel. I~ot3on to this effect way made by Michael and ~~cond~d by Carter that the City Attorney draw up tl~i~ ordinance. Motion c~,rr3ed.
Ebersviller reported that the building in~peetor does x?ot have an
