Minutes of the City Council of Laurel

A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Laurel,
Montana, was held 3.n the Co~zncil Chambers and was called to order by
Mayor L. M. Yovetich, at 7x00 o~clock, P. M.' on Tuesday, October 1l~.,
1975•
Upon taking ro11 call, the following alderrr~en answered present:
E. H. Ebersvi.ller, Sr. Tom Kilpatrick Sue Carer Gay Easton
Chuck Rodgers Arvin Metzger Larry Herman
This meeting was called for the pUT'p03E of explaining the changes made in the Fires Ambulance, Police Complex, to lower the over-a11 cost to
a reasonable figure.
The Fire Chief appeared before the council ~o make a report, and
askEd the council to approve the contracts so that construet3.on can be begin.
The City Attorney asked whether or not the bids should be re-advertised.
After discussion, motion raas made by Herman and seconded by Kil-
patrick to accept the low bids subject to the modifications rslated at this
meeting, and subject tv a legal opinion.fram the City Attorney. Authority
to act, a~ follows:

Motion carried.
There being no further business to came before the council at this
times motion was duly made and seconded that the meeting be adjourned. Mo-
tion carxied.
