Minutes of the City Council of Laurel
September 2lc, 1975
A special Nteeting of the City Council of the City of Laurel
Montana, was held in the Council Chambers and was called to order by ~ray-
lord Easton, Alderman, ire the te~porax~r absence of the Mayor at 7:0~ orcloc~, P. M. on Wednesday, September 2lt, 197.

This meeting wtzs called for the purpose of complying with Montana
5tat~ Statute requiring that the City p~.ss and adopt a resolution concerning
the issuance of the Boise-Cascade Industrial Bonds. In this connections the
following resolution;
RESOLTTTION N0. 1s21
-The bonds shall bear interest from date at the rats per annum
shower below, payable semi-~nual.ly on March 1 and September 1 of each year
until paid. and sha1.1 mature on September 1 in the years and principal amounts
set forth below:

Motion was made by Metzger and seconded by Rodgers that this resolution be
declared passed and adopted. Upon taking roll ca11 vote, all a].c~ermen present voted ~~Aye". Vote being unanimous meting was adjourned momentarily and the
gavel turned over to the Mayor who just arrived. Upon re-eonvenir~ the meet-
ing~ the Mayon then declared the resolution passed and adopted.
The City Attorney asked to be excused for the balance of the meeting,
due to previous commitments. City Attorney introduced Glint Gardner, Manager
of the Loca,7. Bais~-Casc~.de arrangement, and David Norris and Ernie East Repr~- sentatives.
there being no further business to come before the Council, motion.
was duly made and secar~ded that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried.
