July 22, 1975
A Special Meeting of the Cites Council of the City of Laurel
Montanan was held in the Counc3.1 Chambers and was called to ord~:r by
Mayor Louie M. Yovetich at 7:40 o~clook, P. M., on Tuesday, J~l.y 22, 197.
Upon taking roll calls the followir~ aldermen answered presents
E. H. Ebersviller Garr Easton Susan Carter Tom Kilpatrick
Ervin Metzler Tom H~.r~d
This meeting wa.s called b~ the Magor to discuss and decide whether or not to go on with the insect spraying. The persons who signed up in the
clerk's office were 135 to 9 in favor of the spraying. After much discus-
sion, motion was made by Kilpatrick and seconded. by Hard that after proper
notification given to the people who do not d~sir~ their properties sprayed
that the spraying be started next Tuesday, weather p~rmi.tting.
Easton made the motion, seconded by Hard that next dear the Mayor appoint a committee to investigate the spraying process, with the thought
of spraying earlier in the spr3.r~g. ~tot3on carried.
There being no further business to come before the Council on this
subject, motion races made by Metzger and seconded by Hard that th3.~ meeting be
ad3ourned. Motion carried.
