A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Laur~l~
Montana] was held i~ the Council Chambers3 and esll~d to order by Pre~-
id~nt of the Councils E. H. Ebersviller, Sr., in the absence of the Mayor,
at 7a3~ o~clock P. M., on Tuesday, June 18, 1975.
Upon taking roll call, the following aldermen answered pr~:scnt:
E. H. Ebersviller~ Sr. Larry Herm~.n Sue Carter Z'om Kilpatrick
Erv3.n Metzger Chuek Rodgers
Th3.s meeting was called to disQU~s the amount of rend to be paid by the tenants of the house recently purchased by the Fire Department. Af-
ter discussion, motion was made by Kilpatrick, and seconded by Metzger that
the rent be $125.0 per months and that a damage deposit of $75.04 be re-
quired by the Cit~r. The tenants to be not3.~~.ed that they may pay the d~-
posit in installments. Motion carried.
Them being no further business to come before the Council at this time, motion was duly made and seconded that the meeting be adjourned. Mo-
tion carried.
