Ebersviller stated that a Kari Breuer celled him and wmuld like
to rent River~3de Ha11 for a wedding dance oa June ~lst. I~ h~.s been the policy
in the pa,~~ not tm rent ~h~ hall frcam Jtuze lit, t~iro~gh Aug. 31st. Kilpatrick
felt this matter should b~ referred to the Park Bmard. Eber~ville~ said he
felt the- co~c31 :~h~ulei stick ~a their previo~zs derision. After discu~$imr~,
motion was made by Kilpatrick and seconded by Goner that ~hi~ matter be tabled ~ti1 the next meeting. Motion carried with Easton and Rodg~r~ vo~3.~g "~~'oa

the sign where it b~longa. Motion carried.

Kilpatrick r~pArted that Chet Blaylock i~ presenting s batty bi11 to do away with flip top pans. Kilpatrick ~a~.d h~ th3.nks this i~ a ~rex~g wmr~hsy
bill and made a motion that the eouzicil go on record as f~varixtt~ this bi21.

Gv~er and seconded bar Rodgers that lota~ 11 thru 18 ~.n Block 8 be ~w1d to T~

Eaton reported that the study coam~3s~ion had a ~eeti~a~ with the
~ch~ol board and they would like to dernoli~i~ tY~e r~or~h bleaeh~r~ and north
fer~Ee. the school mould then b~zy portable bleacher, and the ei~y would have
~o pay for a eha3n link fenc~~ ~an].ess ~c~e ~.greemer~t could be made w3.th the
a~ehmol in sharing the cost of the fence. ~ar~na K3.lpatrick ~tat~d that ~h~
Park Board would like more time to s~t~dy this matter. Motion way ~ad~ bar Eaton and seccmded by ft~dger~ to start demolition of the north fence and
bleachers ~d turn the ~at~er ~f the chain ].i.nk fence over to the park board
end the planning and improvement cann~i~t~~. Motion parried.

plant has been ordered.

was made by Easton and seconded by Rod~er~ that this contra~~ b~ approved.

Railroad be contacted an~r maybe they would lay this line.
