A Special meeting of the City Council of the City of Laurels Mont~na~
was held in. -the T~rJater Office, and called to order by Mayor L. M. Yovetich~ at
7 :~0 0' clocks P.M. ~ on Monday , August 12, 197l~.
Upon taking roll call, the following; alderman answered present:
Tin Hard Gay Easton Tom Kilpatrick H. Ebersviller, Sr.
Chuck Rodgers Henr~r Comer Ervin Metzger
This meting was called according to law and as advertised to finala.ze the budget for the fiscal ~*ear 197.-197. After discuss~_on, motion was duly m~.de
by Ebersviller and seconded by Hard that the mill levy for the fiscal. year 197~.-
1.975 be set at 75 mills. 65 mills for the General Fund, Yazd 10 mills special
levies. Motion earr~ed.
