This meeting was c~ll.ed as ~dverti.sed, and accorclin~ to law, to hear
protests, a.f any, to the passage of a bu.d~et for the fisc~~. yre~x~, 197 .-197 •
After w~itin~ a reasonable time, and no protestors h~:ving a~~eared, motion
was made by E~.ston, ~<nd seconded by Hard that the City of Laurel, Montana,
bud.~et be set at b~ mills for the general Fund, and 10 mills of special levy.
