A Special meeting; of the City Council of the City of Laurel, Montana,
was held in the Council Chambers, and wa,s called to order by Mayor ~ovetich
a.t 9 ~20 P.M., on Manday~ June 10, 197..
Upon taking roll ca11, the following aldermen answered present
Gay Easton Tin Kilpatrick E.H. Ebersviller, Sr. Chuck Rodgers
~3ob Burns Henry Gamer Ervin Metzger
The purpose of this special meeting was for the council to get together with a represent~.tive of HKM to discuss the comprehensive plan. He states the
City needs a Subdivision Control Ordinance.
McCullough reported on the storm sewer survey. HKM to do the work.
He requested Metzger and ane more man for Thursday morning, June 13th to help
him with surveys, grades and lot lines.
Tt was announced that the water rate hearing with the Public Service
Commission would be June ll~th at Riverside Hall at 10:00 A..
HHI~'I is recommending that the city apply for a Federal Grant of X110,000.00.
HKM to prEpare a resolution .for the next council meeting and authorize the Mayor
to sign. the application for the grant.
There being no further business to came before the council at this
se~sion~ motion was duly made and. seconded that the meeting be ad3ourned. Motion
carried.
