A Special meeting of the CitJ Council of the City of Laurel, Montana,
was held in the Counca_1 Chambers, and was called. to order by Mayor Louis M. Yovetich ~,t 7:07 P.M., on A~onday, June 10, 197..
Upon taking roll ca11, the following aldermen answered present:
Gay Easton Tan Kilpatrick H. Ebersviller, Sr. Bob Burns
Chuck Rodgers Henry Gcrnex Ervin. Metzger
This meeting wa,s c~.lled for the express purpose of discussing the
purchase of a. tractor loader for the sanitary land fill. The :Mayor reported
that the City c2nnot enter into alease-purchase agreement as previously dis- .
cussed. After discussion, motion was made by Kilpatric end seconded by
Metzger that the city advertise for bids ~'or a tru.ctor~ for the landfill.
Motion carried.
Tgotion w2s made by Kilpatrick end seconded by Metzger that this
meeting be adjourned. Motion caxried.
