A Special Meeting of the City Cotancil of the City of Laurels Fontana,
was held in the Council Chambers, and was called to order by the Presid¢nt,,
E. H. Eb~rsviller at 7:00 o~clock, P. M., on Monday, Janu~.ry 7, 1971.
