Concrete would cost an additional $ 1,627.50 . The List of Cash contributors is as follows: M. St. Anthony Catholic Church donated the use of their hall for the Farmer's Market. The current total of.cash contributions is approximately $4,250.00. The U.S. West grant application was reviewed. Joe Bradley will fill it out and get the Mayor to sign it. We will be receiving information about it. The next projects planned are: a. Farmer's Market on September 16th. There will be vegetables, baker goods, crafts and a flea market. Proceeds from the sales are to be divided between the picnic shelter and tree pruning in Firemen's Park. This is being sponsered by the Laurel Garden Club. b. Carnival booth at the Herbstfest sponsered by the Shelter Committee.. The next meeting will be September 20th at 2:00 p.m. at City Hall.
