A quorum Q or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
Joe Bradley presented the US West grant application to be
signed by the Mayor The application is requesting $10,000.00.
Mrs. Thom reported that the Farmer's Market held on
September 16th netted $420 to be donated by the Garden Club.
The next project is the Herbstfest booth.
Joe Bradley reported that both Montana Power and MDU have
foundation programs which will be solicited.
The ladies are starting a "Mile of Pennies" donation program.
A mile will equal $844.80 at 16 pennies to the foot.
New Donations are as follows:
Oil Workers Auxiliary $ 50.00
Rebecca Lodge .530.50
The next meeting will be October 4, 1989 at 2:00 p.m.,
City Hall.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:30 p.m.
