OTHER'S PRESENT:
A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
A report on the recent activities was read. We received
a U.S. West grant for $1,050.00 and made $570.84 at the
Christmas lunch and bazaar at West School.
The next project will be sometime this spring when we
will sell hot dogs and Coke at the IGA. We will contact
Larry Raught at Coke for a promotion held last summer, 10?
per six pack sold.
There is a possibility of a grant from Deluxe Printing.
Donna will contact Phil Sprague at 628-7364.
There is a total of $7,496.23 in the account.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:39 p.m.
