OTHER'S PRESENT:
A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
Howard reported that he has the material to set the footings,
and that the City will shoot the grade on it. Montana power has
the material for the wiring and getting power to the shelter.
Supports for the roof are being made. The beams will be ordered
from Timberweld. The decking will be bought locally. Schessler(M
will give a price break on the concrete. Krug will give a 10%
discount on the gravel. Volunteers will pour and finish
the concrete. Alf labor will be volunteer.

Refinery donation
of materials 3,000.00
TOTAL $15,300.00
Doug Markegaard charged $150.00 for the half of beef
for the raffle., The remainder of the value $226.69 was a
donation. Deluxe Check Printers is working on a donation of
some kind. We are still working with MDU and MRL grants.
Upcoming events:
April 20, Spaghetti Dinner, Fred Graff School
May 4-5, sell hot dogs and pop at IGA
May 12, luncheon at Laurel Garden Club plant sale
June, a promotion at Ricci's Food Farm
The next meeting is April 25th.
