MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman-

OTHER'S PRESENT:
A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
The Committee reported that cash on hand totals $14,300.00.
Included in that amount is $1,100.00 realized from the
spaghetti dinner/carnival night held at the Fred Graff School.
The next fund raiser is set for May 4th & 5th at Jan's
IGA where the Committee will sell hot dogs and coke.
Donations have been received from the following:

The next meeting is May 23rd.
Joe is preparing a grant to be submitted to Montana Rail
