STREET & ALLEY COMMITTEE
APRIL 22, 1997 5:30 P.M.
COUNCIL CHAMBERS

Discussion on Metzger's issue on 7th Avenue. Jim Flisrand and Andy
Loebe will review it within the next week.
Discussion on Moose encroachment and 3 options:
1. Not allow the moose to be there.
2. Give encroachment permit and review it and decide if its
unsafe.
3. Require street width to be curb and gutter on both sides.
Motion by Gary Temple, seconded by Jim Flisrand, to require
sidewalks, curb and gutters on the east side of the Caboose Saloon
and the west side of 7th Avenue. Motion carried.
Discussion on Tom Kilpatrick's property, the old Movie Haus, being
used as a parking lot and commercial property.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
