STREET AND ALLEY COMMITTEE
JANUARY 21,1999 5:45 P.M.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Ed Steffans Mark Mace
Larry McCann Gay Easton
Larry McCann gave an update on the lining of the Hi-Line Ditch north of Willow
Drive.
A quote from JTL of $67,000 for shotcreting 570 feet of ditch was presented.
Larry stated that the 25-75 grant is due February 27tH
There was some concern about the city being involved in the cost sharing and the
precedent being set for future sites. It was the committee's feeling that the city
should just be the administrator of the grant.
A meeting with the property owners will be called the first week of February to
try to resolve this issue.
This being the only issue, the meeting was adjourned.
