SPECIAL SEWER RATE COMMITTEE

B. Other's present: Del & Bruce Teeter;
A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
Committee discussed rate structure and after lengthy discussion
a motion was made by Larry Peterson to adopt rate structure as
amended and proposed on November 3, 1982, seconded by Lox. Kellogg.
Passed 4--1.
Committee then met with Del and Bruce Teeters to discuss alter-
natives to their sewer rate surcharge. After lengthy discussion,
a motion was made b Lon Kellog that the Laurel Creamery sewer
rate be as scheduled on rate structure an'6 implementation of
surcharge will be as ind.ic-ated on waste discharge permit, seconded
by Rob Harris. Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 10:00 p.m.
