the Committee:
REVIEW ACCIDENTS FROM JULY 1 and 2, 1992.
1) Accident by Brad Krause - Backed into fence at intersection
of Wyoming Avenue and E. 8th Street
Discussion
Action to be taken to correct problem
1) Use better judgment in the operation of equipment.
2) Place materials in better locations.
2) Accident by Don Nelson - Backed Cub Tractor into pickup door
Discussion
Action to be taken-to correct problem
1) Use proper safety procedures to start equipment in
the future.
3) No further action taken at this time on either accident.
